The answer is: Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria has introduced this new specialty cocktail to raise funds for the Movember Foundation. Now, if you’re familiar with the rules of “Jeopardy,” you know you’ve got to phrase your response in the form of a question: “What is The Trebek?”

Tutta Bella, the Seattle-based chain with multiple locations in Washington State, marks November each year by creating a cocktail named after famous people with moustaches. For every drink sold, Tutta Bella donates $1 to the Movember Foundation, a nonprofit that focuses on men’s health issues, including prostate and testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

Past Movember cocktail specials at Tutta Bella spotlighted Freddy Mercury, Tom Selleck and Groucho Marx. This year’s drink honors the late Alex Trebek, the longtime host of “Jeopardy.” Trebek died of stage 4 pancreatic cancer in November 2020.

The Trebek cocktail features Old Forester Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Clear Creek Pear Brandy, honey-ginger syrup, lemon juice and ginger beer. It will be available for $12 at all Tutta Bella locations until November 30.

Founded in 2004 in Seattle’s Columbia City neighborhood, Tutta Bella was the Northwest’s first Neapolitan pizzeria to be certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. The company has grown to five locations in Seattle, Bellevue and Issaquah, plus two counter-style locations inside QFC’s Kirkland Urban and U Village locations.
