But how do you eat pizza in a diet that doesn't allow the carbs contained in the crust? Don't worry, PizzaTV's chef Brian Hernandez has the solution. Now you, too, can serve up Keto Pizza with a carb-free crust!

Keto Pizza Dough Recipe

¾ c. almond flour
¼ c. coconut flour
¼ c. pecan meal
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 egg
¼ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning plus rosemary
1 ½ c. shredded mozzarella/provolone blend
2 tbsp. cream cheese

Use two bowls for preparation. In the first bowl, add all the grains with white wine vinegar, egg, salt, garlic and the Italian seasoning and mix thoroughly. In the second bowl, add the cheese blend and the cream cheese and microwave it for 35 seconds, remove and stir. Return it to microwave for another 45 seconds, then remove and stir again. When completely mixed, knead the ingredients from both bowls together in one bowl. Roll out the dough onto a sheet pan and par-bake the crust at 425 degrees for 3-4 minutes. Let cool before using.

Top with keto-friendly ingredients of choice and bake the crust at 425 degrees.
