Tampa, FL, February 13, 2007: THE ITALIAN WAY, a restaurant franchise known for its pizza, philly cheese steaks and chicken wings, is expected to open its 2nd location in Tampa/Westchase and Town & Country area on Sheldon Road just north of Hillsborough Avenue.

THE ITALIAN WAY, founded in 2005, has restaurant locations throughout Florida with 3 new stores opening in December in Tampa/Carrollwood, St. Pete and Wesley Chapel.

This is a growing area with a lot of families and schools says Rick Onderko, President and CEO of Franchise Concepts, LLC, parent company of THE ITALIAN WAY.

Corporate offices are located in Tampa in the same center as THE ITALIAN WAY/CARROLLWOOD, the prototype store. Food and price appeal to our average customer and we pride ourselves in the freshness of our product, for example our dough is made fresh daily at each location, our chicken wings are fresh never frozen and WE DELIVER, says Onderko.

We also look forward to a 2nd season with the New York Yankees at Legends Field for Spring Training. This year we will not only be serving pizza but also Philly Cheesesteaks, another signature item of THE ITALIAN WAY.
Another development agreement has been signed to begin developing restaurants in Utah.
