-- PMQ'S Orlando Pizza Show will once again host the annual U.S. Pizza
Team Trials Competition where pizza dough spinning acrobats compete for
a spot on the U.S. Pizza Team. Each year the U.S. Pizza Team selects
America's best pizza makers and pizza acrobats to represent the
nation's pizza industry in the World Pizza Championships in
Salsomaggiore, Italy.

-- The Ultimate Barista Challenge is back at the Florida Restaurant &

-- Savor a four-course lunch at the Chef's Table Luncheon beginning at
12:30 pm on Friday and continuing through Sunday. Attendees will have
lunch prepared by the best chefs in America served right on the Show
floor. Tickets are $35 each day and can be purchased on-site.
-- Former White House Executive Chef, Walter Scheib, and Ralph Brennan,
Owner of the Brennan Restaurant Group will both be keynote speakers
during the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show. Walter Scheib, "The
American Chef" will discuss "Serving at the Pleasure of the Presidents"
on Friday, September 7 from 1:00 - 2:30 pm. Scheib was White House
Executive Chef for two of America's First Families and has dazzled and
