Rolls of paperboard are brought into our production facility where the board is coated, printed, cut, and lastly, thermoformed or “pressed” into the various pizza trays shapes.

Our quality line of trays are designed with increased rigidity and durability and have excellent release properties.

Recommended usage of the trays is up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 30 minutes. If your recipe calls for increased temperature, simply reduce the bake time. It is always best to offer a baking range as individual conventional ovens may vary.
