OnDeck, a company that provides loans to small businesses, says it has identified the highest-rated independent restaurant in each U.S. state in a recent analysis of Yelp reviews. And that includes the 10 highest-rated pizza shops.

Two pizza shops made the list of Yelp’s top-rated restaurants of all types, including everything from Mexican and Japanese to Ethiopian and Middle Eastern. They were Panchos Pizza in Mildford, Connecticut, with a rating of 4.95, and Little Zoe’s Pizza, Brick Oven & Take and Bake in Keene, New Hampshire, with a rating of 4.80.

Overall, the 10 highest-rated pizzerias, according to OnDeck’s analysis of Yelp reviews, are:

According to its website, Pancho’s Pizza, ranked at the top of the list, offers “Italian pizza with a Mexican touch.” Egy Dough, located in Charleston, offers Egyptian pies, such as the Chicken Shawarma, Beef Shawarma and the Minced Meat Pie.

To build its dataset, OnDeck started with a seed list of more than 450 major U.S. cities. For each city, it obtained the 100 best-reviewed restaurants on Yelp as well as the top 240 Yelp-recommended restaurants. Using the review breakdowns, OnDeck calculated the precise five-star rating for each eatery to two decimal points and isolated the top-rated restaurant for each location. It removed chains from the list as well as restaurants with fewer than 50 reviews. Restaurants with a tie rating were separated by favoring the spot with the higher number of reviews.

In case you were wondering, the top-rated indie restaurant in all segments was a Japanese eatery called Sonmari in Los Angeles with a 5.00 rating.
