According to the Business Journal, Royalton's Gourmet Parlor Pizza, a St. Cloud-area maker of frozen pizzas, has been sold.

"A group led by Steve Sauer, a St. Cloud entrepreneur, aquired the family business, along with its production facility and warehouse in Royalton, Minn., last month," Business Journal said. "Longtime owner Myron Handeland confirmed the sale on Monday. Neither party would disclose the terms of the deal.
