Forbes.com reports, “Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services upgraded its outlook on Yum Brands Inc. on Monday, saying the fast-food company’s financial performance has improved and it expects that to continue over the next year.”

“The rating agency revised the company’s outlook to ‘Positive’ from ‘Stable.’ Yum, which owns the Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and KFC chains, has improved its operating performance over the past several quarters. S&P analyst Andy Sookram said that the company is likely to benefit from its array of brands, geographic reach and reliance on franchisees.”
