Slice, the tech platform powering the largest network of pizzerias nationwide, today announced the launch of Slice Gaming, an initiative that will give customers video game perks, codes and exclusive rewards for ordering from their local independent pizzerias. With over 16,000 local pizzerias in its network, the company says Slice Gaming will be the largest gaming rewards program in the country.

To celebrate the launch, Slice will surprise five lucky customers with a PlayStation 5 console delivered directly to their doorstep by their favorite local pizzeria starting on September 20. To be entered to win, users can simply order from their go-to shop on the Slice App between 8 a.m. today and 8:59 p.m. (PT) September 26.

Through Slice Gaming, customers will receive in-game rewards with every purchase. While major chains like Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Buffalo Wild Wings have entered into gaming partnerships, Slice says this is the first time independent restaurant owners will be able to unlock a partnership at this level and reward gamers for supporting small businesses.

Slice enters the gaming space with a strategic partnership with Ubisoft, a leading creator, publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment and services. The partnership with Ubisoft marks Slice’s first foray into the gaming world and will give independent pizzerias the opportunity to further incentivize customers at the scale of major chains.
