The US Pizza Team will be holding its annual Winter Acrobatic Trials at the NAPICS show in Columbus, Ohio February 15-16, 2015.

The Acrobatic Trials draw pizza athletes from across the country to compete for their spot on the team and a grand prize of a trip to Parma, Italy to compete in the World Pizza Championships in May of 2015.

Competitors will be tested on a variety of dough skills such as largest dough stretch, fastest pie maker and freestyle acrobatics. The event will also include a fastest box folder competition. Events will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 15 and 16 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
