SIAB 2007, as ever, will not only be a meeting place between supply and demand but also an occasion for training, updates and innovation for entrepreneurs seeking to understand market evolution, through events, conventions & workshops organised in collaboration with the main sector associations and the most important national and international trade magazines.
Inasmuch, the 8th edition of SIAB promises to be bigger and better than ever in every aspect. Agreements and programs envisaged with “Pizza & Pasta Italiana” are a clear advance demonstration of this.
PIZZA ALWAYS IN THE LIMELIGHT FOR 5 DAYS AT SIAB
SIAB is therefore back and with it excellence in Italian cuisine. Thanks to collaboration with PIZZA & PASTA ITALIANA, debate among other things will also focus on ‘Organic Pizza’ thanks to collaboration with NIP (Nazionale Italiana Pizzaioli) and organic products in general.
There will also be the International Pizza Dessert Champion, who will explain how to prepare the best doughs for this ‘variation on a theme’.
Doughs, demonstrations and tastings will also be protagonists thanks to World Champion Riccardo Menon and ‘Bread in Pizzeria – an appetizer with pizza dough”, an appointment developed in collaboration with the Acrobatic Bartenders of AIBES.
The World Free Style Champions will compete for the 1st SIAB 2007 Acrobatic Free Style Cup; the grand final of Giropizza d’Europa 2007 will also return, a competition involving stages throughout the old continent seeking for the best house-pizza in Europe.
The calendar of intense appointments also includes the AGM of European Pizza Chef Associations and the 2nd International Pizza Dessert Trophy.
