Cicis Pizza, the all-you-can-eat pizza buffet concept, has announced an exclusive late-night deal designed to satisfy nighttime cravings.

From Monday, April 29 to Sunday, June 9, Cicis Pizza fans in the Carolinas can indulge in 1-Topping large pizzas for just $5 after 8 p.m.

“At Cicis, we’re committed to providing our guests exceptional options, and this late-night offer is our way of enhancing those evening dining experiences,” said Jeff Hetsel, President of Cicis. “Whether you’re winding down after a long day or seeking a midnight snack, Cicis is the perfect order-out option.”

This offer is valid only at participating stores in the North and South Carolina region, but it marks a new chapter in Cicis Pizza’s aggressive marketing efforts in cementing the brand as the top choice for pizza lovers. Founded in 1983, Cicis is based in Coppell, Texas, and has nearly 300 locations across 30-plus states.

A legacy brand, Cicis Pizza has given independent pizza makers plenty of reasons to believe it is a serious competitor in their market. For example, the brand has shown a dedication to being on the cutting edge of technology. Last year, Cicis announced it would be leveraging an AI as a social media “intern.” The Cicis’ marketing team employed ChatGPT to post on social media channels. While the posts were a bit, ahem, a bit cheesy at times, the brand said that was all part of the fun.

“When it comes to our in-feed content for Facebook and Instagram, posts featuring our AI intern’s creations yielded average engagement rates that were at least 15 times higher than the industry average,” said Maria Trujillo, the Cicis Pizza senior vice president of marketing. “For us, these results are in line with our typical social engagement, so, while not a huge boost from a metrics standpoint, it successfully opened up new creative possibilities, allowing us to try new things without any additional investment—like reimagining our brand mascot as an anime character.”

Just last month, Cicis Pizza made headlines for inking a new multi-unit franchising deal, a sign the brand continues to grow.
