Fast Casual Flatbread Café Will Open Two More West Coast Stores


West Redding, CT, February 3, 2009— Sandella’s Development Agent Marc Hughston and franchisee Sudhir Kumar have each signed leases in Orange County, California that will bring two new stores to the West Coast.  Sandella’s Flatbread Café is the largest flatbread concept in the world with more than 130 locations and opened its first California location a few months ago.  Each healthy and delicious menu item is based around its famous flatbread.  Sandella’s currently has more than 400 restaurants in development across the U.S. and the United Arab Emirates.


The first new location is in Aliso Viejo, California and can be found at the Park Plaza in Aliso Viejo Town Center on Aliso Creek Road.  The spot is between Fatburger and Golden Spoon, only a few feet away from Barnes and Noble.  This store is set to open in early April or sooner.  The second Orange County location will also open in April and can be found in downtown Anaheim on the corner of Center Street Promenade and Anaheim Blvd, directly across the street from City Hall.
