ROCK BOTTOM RESTAURANT & BREWERY IS RED-HOT THIS SUMMER TAPPING ITS AMERICAN DREAM ALE
& GRILLING UP SOME GOOD ‘OLE FASHIONED BACKYARD BBQ

Louisville, CO (July 2, 2007) – Break out the sunscreen and Frisbees.  In honor of this scorching hot summer season, Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery will fire up its grills across the country and feature a limited time only (LTO) Backyard BBQ menu.  Since nothing goes better with BBQ than a fresh, cold, handcrafted beer Rock Bottom will also tap its annual American Dream Ale.  The fun starts on July 11th and continues through July 29th.

“It’s become a Rock Bottom tradition to roll out a limited time menu in honor of summer.  As always we’ve paired the menu with one of our great handcrafted beers, American Dream Ale.  This year’s menu is our best yet.  It features six entrées that include five new items like the T-bone steak, Memphis ‘Wibs’ and the Waldorf Wedge Salad,” explained Marilyn Davenport, Director of Marketing and Corporate PR.

The Backyard BBQ menu will feature the following items:
Memphis
Wibs: Get your backyard BBQ kicked off right with dry-rubbed and house smoked riblets and crispy wings tossed in honey chipotle glaze.  Stacked high and served with BBQ ranch and fresh veggies.
Waldorf Wedge Salad: Classic Iceberg wedge with sliced chicken, Granny Smith Apples, pears, grapes, Gorgonzola cheese, crisp celery, candied walnuts and Craisins.  With honey balsamic vinaigrette.
Backyard BBQ Burger: Build it your way with a juicy grilled chicken breast or Certified Angus Beef burger.  Topped with smoked Gouda and Cheddar cheese, homemade peach BBQ sauce, sweet-peppered bacon and crispy onions.  Served with coleslaw, fresh watermelon and your choice of a picnic side.
Grilled Mahi-Mahi: A summer favorite, our grilled Mahi fillet is lightly seasoned with lemon zest and topped with a sundried tomato and caper vinaigrette.  Served with lemon rice and seasonal vegetables.
Stout BBQ Ribs: Roll up your sleeves and dig into a full rack of dry-rubbed, house-smoked, St. Louis-style pork ribs, basted with our original Stout BBQ sauce and served with crispy fries and coleslaw.
Grilled T-Bone: Mouthwatering 20 oz. aged USDA Choice T-Bone rubbed with our brewery seasoning and grilled to order.  With signature Brown Ale butter, grilled corn on the cob, coleslaw and your choice of a picnic side.
Banana Split Pound Cake: Sliced pound cake with caramelized bananas and Neapolitan ice cream in a pool of butterscotch and chocolate syrup.
Picnic Sides: Homemade Ale Potato Salad, Grilled Corn on the Cob, Malt Kettle Chips, Fresh Watermelon, Coleslaw, BBQ Baked Beans and French Fries.
