Wild Fire Vegetable Pasta


1/2 c. TABASCO Vinaigrette (see below) 
1/2 c. Broccoli florets, blanched
1/4 c. Red onion, chopped 
1/4 c. Spiced black olives 
1 c. Tomatoes, diced 
1 c. Squash, sliced 
1/2 c. Roasted red pepper strips 
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded 
2 lbs. Penne pasta 

TABASCO Vinaigrette
T. Original TABASCO brand pepper sauce 
1 c. balsamic vinegar 
1 T. basil, fresh, chopped 
1 tsp mint, fresh, chopped 
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 c. parmesan cheese, grated 

1 Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
2 Toss gently to coat pasta and vegetables with dressing.
