Venetian pizza



  • 1 (12-inch) pizza crust
  • 1 T. olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 c.(8 oz.) pizza sauce
  • 1-1/2 c.(6 oz.) shredded mozzarellacheese
  • 1 can (8 oz.) DOLEPineapple Tidbitsdrained (1 c.)
  • 1/4 c.sliced pepperoni
  • 2 T. DOLE red or green bell peppers (sliced)
  • 2 T. chopped DOLE green onion


Brush crust with oil. Spoon sauce over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pineapple tidbits, pepperoni, bell pepper and green onion.

Bake at 425 F15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
