Chicken-based pizzas combine all the nutritional benefits of poultry with loads of flavor
Ingredients:
1 14” pizza shell
6 oz. barbecue sauce
4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
⅓ c. red onion, cut in rings
¼ c. fresh mango, cubed
8 oz. garlic-flavored chicken breast strips with rib meat
2 T. fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the pizza shell, up to ½” of the edge. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the sauce. Evenly distribute the red onion rings, mango cubes and chicken over cheese. Bake in a preheated 450° oven for 12 to 18 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown. Garnish pizza with chopped parsley just before serving.
