24 ounce dough ball
4-5 oz. sauce
11 oz. cheese (50/50 provolone and mozzarella blend)
diced ham (your own amount)
raw sausage (three quarter sized pieces per pizza slice)
bacon, partially pre-baked
Put the dough in a pan and spread out to edges.
Sauce the pizza. Add cheese blend. Add diced ham and bacon and sausage.
Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Take out of pan and bake on stone for 1-2 minutes (if you have a deck oven.) Remove from oven.
Then sprinkle asiago cheese on top of pizza. Serve.
