The Basic Scrambled Breakfast Pizza




Green Peppers


Chopped tomatoes

Canadian Bacon bits

cheddar and mozzarella cheese

Double-dough crust


For a 12" pie use 1 egg, for a 14" use 2 eggs and 16" use 3 eggs. Whisk eggs in a mixing bowl. Add green peppers, onions, chopped tomatoes, Canadian bacon bits and mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Mix very well until all toppings are coated with egg. Spread the mixture evenly onto a double-dough crust (you must have a hand-rolled or a raised-edge crust so egg does not run off.) Top with sausage and bacon. Bake until the egg is fully cooked and formed (make sure the egg is not runny.) Serve with a side of hot sauce for dipping.
