Taco Chicken Pizza



  • 1 Pizza crust, parbaked, 12-inch, commercially prepared
  • Olive oil as needed
  • 2/3 c. salsa, thick-and-chunky, mild, commercially prepared
  • 2/3 c. refried beans, canned
  • 2 T. taco seasoning, dried
  • 6 oz. Tyson Fully Cooked Mesquite Chicken Pizza Toppings, Natural Proportion Strips, frozen
  • 1/2 c. tomatoes, fresh, chopped
  • 1-1/2 c. Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. Poblano chiles, fresh, slivered


Place on oiled baking sheet or pizza pan. Lightly brush top surface with oil.
Combine salsa in bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread evenly over crust. Arrange chicken over salsa mixture. Layer tomatoes and cheese over chicken. Arrange chiles over cheese. Bake in preheated conventional oven at 400F for 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is crisp and golden. Or bake in preheated convection oven at 375F for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven. Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
