yield: 1 14-inch pizza
Prepared pizza dough round, 14-inch
1-1/2 oz. 3 T. TABASCO brand Green Jalapeo Pepper Saucee
2 T. Pesto
1/4 slices 4 oz. approx. 14-18 slices, Plum tomatoes
1 tsp. Garlic salt
1 c. Chicken breast, cooked and julienned
1 c. Mozzarella cheese 4 oz.
2 T. Fresh basil, cut into thin strips and shredded or julienned
1. Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. Dock the dough well. Brush TABASCO Green Jalapeo Pepper Sauce on dough; then brush on pesto. Cover dough with 1/4 slices of tomato, but do not overlap slices. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Evenly distribute chicken over top of pizza and cover evenly with mozzarella cheese to the sides.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 500F for 12 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly and cut into 12 slices. Place basil evenly over pizza and serve.
