Description
Ingredients:
½ c. white wine
1 28-oz. can of spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
2 anchovies
1 T. capers
10 black olives, pitted
10 green olives, pitted
¼ c. fresh Italian parsley
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. crushed hot pepper
Pecorino cheese, grated
1 lb. spaghetti
Directions:
Heat olive oil and sauté garlic until golden. Add anchovies and crushed hot pepper. Add can of spaghetti sauce. Add wine and capers. Halve olives and add to sauce. Bring to a simmer and add parsley. Boil water and add spaghetti. Mix sauce and boiled spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper; garnish with parsley and Pecorino.
