Cannoli Cream Ingredients:
5.5 c. Grand Sopraffina or Tenera Ricotta
12/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
For a heavier cannoli cream:
8.5 c. Grande Del Pastaio Ricotta
2.5 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix ingredients and keep chilled below 37F until use.
Cinnamon-sugar Mix Ingredients:
1 part cinnamon
4 parts sugar
Directions:
Sweeten up the outer ring of a dessert pizza by brushing dough with oil or butter and sprinkling on this sugary mix before baking.
Streusel topping Ingredients:
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oats
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. softened butter or oil
Directions:
Top fresh pizza dough with a layer of cannoli cream and graham cracker crumbs. Add marshmallows halfway through baking and finish with a sprinkling of semi-sweet chocolate chips and drizzle of hot chocolate sauce.
