Shrimp Avocado Pizza



1 unbaked pizza dough shell, 12"

1/2 T. olive oil

1/2 T. garlic, finely chopped

1/2 c. red onion, finely choped

1 California Avocado, cut into 1/4 inch dice

1/2 c. roasted red bell pepper, coarsely chopped

4 oz. peeled rock shrimp (1/2 c. lightly packed)

3/4 c. gouda cheese, shredded

Fresh basil, shredded


Brush pizza dough shell with olive oil; sprinkle with garlic. Scatter, one at a time, the onion, avocado, roasted pepper and shrimp. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 500 F until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Lightly sprinkle with basil. Cut into 8 slices.
