Santa Fe Chicken Corn and Black Bean Pizza



  • 1 – 12 parbaked Pizza Crust
  • As needed – McCormick Southwest Pizza Marinade
  • As needed – cornmeal
  • 3 oz. Pizza Sauce
  • 1-1/2 c. Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 3 T. black beans, canned, rinsed and drained
  • 3 T. corn, canned, drained
  • 8 each chicken Fajita strips, cooked
  • 2 T. onion, chopped
  • 2 T. green bell pepper, chopped


Servings: 3 Pizzas

3 tablespoons McCormick Southwest Seasoning
2 tablespoons McCormick Tour de Flavour Ground Chipotle Chile Pepper
1 cup McCormick Roasted Garlic Flavored Oil

Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix thoroughly.

Yield: 16 tablespoons

Place pizza crust on a pizza pan. Brush bottom of the crust liberally with Southwest Pizza Marinade. Sprinkle with some cornmeal, turn over, and spread pizza sauce evenly on top. Spread Pepper Jack cheese evenly on top of sauce.

Place chicken and vegetables evenly on top of cheese. Drizzle top of pizza with more marinade for an extra burst of flavor.

Place pizza in a convection oven preheated to 375F. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to turn golden brown. Remove pizza from oven and cool slightly.

Cut each pizza into 8 slices for serving.
