Roasted Apple and Almond Pizza



  • 20 oz Mascarpone Cheese
  • 10 oz Sour Cream
  • 6 oz Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 oz Cranberries, dried, plumped
  • 6 ea 14 Pizza Crust, proofed
  • 60 oz RoastWorks Flame-Roasted Fuji Apples
  • 6 oz Almonds, sliced
  • 18 oz Streusel Topping, Krusteaz or scratch


1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients from Step #1.2. Blend until combined thoroughly.3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
4. Place the cranberries in a small saucepan and cover with water, simmer over low heat until cranberries plump.5. Drain the cranberries, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use. 6. Place the proofed crust on a pizza screen.7. Spread 6 oz of the mascarpone cheese blend over the crust. 8. Evenly distribute 10 oz of the RoastWorks Flame-Roasted Fuji Apples over the cheese blend. 9. Sprinkle with 1 oz of almonds and 1 oz of cranberries. 10. Finally, sprinkle 3 oz of the streusel topping over the pizza.11. Bake the pizza in a preheated pizza oven for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.12. Drizzle lightly with prepared caramel sauce, if desired.

Starch Streusel: Ingredients: 4 oz flour, 4 oz rolled oats, 5 1/2 oz brown sugar, and 4 1/2 oz butter. Blend with a paddle in a mixer until crumbly
