Quiche-Style Breakfast Pizza



1 ready-to-use pizza dough shell

10 oz. cooked pork sausage (crumbled or patty)

6 oz. (1 c.) cooked hash brown potatoes

Diced onions (optional)

Diced green peppers (optional)

4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

5 eggs       

¼ c. milk 

½ tsp. salt                  

¼ tsp. black pepper  

2 T. grated Parmesan cheese


Brown sausage if not using precooked sausage; set aside. Brown hash brown potatoes with onions and green pepper, if desired; set aside. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and black pepper together; set aside. Place dough on a black dish-style pizza pan; do not use a pizza screen. Sprinkle sausage evenly over the crust. Sprinkle the hash brown mixture evenly over sausage.  Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over hash browns. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the pizza. Sprinkle Parmesan over the pizza. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375°F in a deck oven. Makes 1 12” pie.
