Poblano-corn pizza


yield: 1 12-inch pizza


1 T. Olive oil 

3 oz. TABASCO brand Green Jalapeno Pepper Sauce

Pizza crust, 12-inch

3 oz. Poblano pepper, roasted, 1/4 strips

3 oz. Canned green chiles, 1/4 strips

2 oz. Corn, roasted

3 oz. Cotijo cheese, crumbled 

1 T. Cilantro 


1. Preheat oven to 450F.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine oil and TABASCO Green Jalapeo Pepper Sauce and brush on pizza crust.

3. Spread peppers, corn and cheese on pizza and bake for 8-10 minutes.

4. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
