Description
Ingredients:
2 oz. butter squash, sauteed (for base)
1 oz. water buffalo milk ricotta
1 roasted red pepper (sliced six ways)
2 oz. smoked water buffalo mozzarella
1 oz. each Gorgonzola, fontina and mascarpone cheese, stuffed inside zucchini flowers.
Directions:
Assemble ingredients onto pizza dough. Bake at 500F for 5 minutes.
