Ingredients:
For a 12 Pizza:
- 4 oz. Red tomato salsa, bottled.
- 4 oz Pizza sauce, canned or restaurants recipe.
- 1 12 oz. Pizza crust.
- 12 oz. Tezzata Beef Mexican Meat (3395).
- 3.5 oz. Black beans, canned, drained.
- 2.6 oz. Corn canned, drained.
- 2.3 oz. Green bell pepper, diced.
- 2 cups /8 oz. Cheddar-Monterey jack cheese blend, shredded

For a 16 Pizza:
- 6 oz Red tomato salsa, bottled.
- 6 oz. Pizza sauce, canned or restaurants recipe.
- 1 1 lb.Pizza crust.
- 3 cups /18 oz. TezzataBeef Mexican Meat (3395).
- 5.3 oz. Black beans, canned, drained.
- 3.8 oz Corn canned, drained.
- 3.4 oz. Green bell pepper, diced.
- 3 cups /12 oz. Cheddar-Monterey jack cheese blend, shredded

Directions:
Mix pizza sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Place in hotel pan and hold on pizza assembly line. Place crust on pizza pan and top with pizza sauce, spreading evenly over pizza surface. Spread remaining ingredients evenly over pizza surface. Place in preheated 425 F pizza oven and bake 15 minutes or until pizza is golden on the edges and crisp underneath.
