Pierogi Pizza



12-inch pizza crust
6 oz sour cream
1/2 c. diced onions
8 oz. sausage
1/2 c. crumbled bacon
3/4 c. diced roasted potatoes
5 oz cheddar cheese

1. Start with pizza dough rolled and crusted.
2. Add sour cream instead of pizza sauce.
3. Sprinkle onions, sausage, potatoes, and bacon on top of sour cream.
4. Cover toppings with cheddar cheese.
5. Bake as desired.
