Pesto Fettucine


serves 5 to 6


2 c. fresh basil

5 cloves fresh Christopher Ranch California Garlic

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

2/3 c. extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 c. pine nuts

1 lb. fettucine

salt and pepper to taste


Combine the first 5 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Cook the Fettuccine, according to package. Drain the pasta. Transfer to a pasta bowl and toss with the pesto. Season with salt and pepper.
