Neapolitan Dough

Description

INGREDIENTS:

5 kg flour (1 pail)
4 liters Water
15 grams (0.5 oz) Yeast
185 ml (6 oz) EVOO
200 g (7 oz) Salt
18 g (0.65 oz) Baking Soda

Directions:

Mix by hand. Let rest 10 minutes.
Make dough balls. Let rise and use

Top with our Lupara mozzarella di bufala and Ciao Tomatoes for the freshest flavor!
