Moreton Bay Pizza



  • 1 Baby bok choy
  • 275 g Pizza dough
  • 120 ml Pizza sauce
  • 110 g Caboolture pizza cheese
  • 8 King prawns
  • 8 Moreton Bay bug meat
  • 90 g Roasted capsicum
  • 6 Snow peas
  • 35 ml Hoi Sin sauce
  • 35 ml Dark soy sauce
  • 10 g Toasted sesame seeds

Cut bok choy into quarters, wash and steam. Roll out pizza dough into a 25 cm lightly greased pizza tray. Spread pizza sauce and Caboolture cheese evenly over dough base. Arrange prawns and bug meat alternatively around pizza base. Add roasted capsicum and snow peas. Drizzle with
hoi sin sauce and soy sauce, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and top with steamed bok coy. Bake at 475F for 7-8 minutes.
