Margherita Pizza



  • 200 g Dough ball
  • 50 g Pizza sauce
  • 50 g Sundried tomatoes
  • 8 Roma tomatoes halved and
  • caramelized
  • 8 Wheels green tomatoes fried in
  • parmesan cheese and bread crumbs
  • 8 Yellow cherry tomatoes filled with
  • tomato and basil jelly
  • 20 g Mil Lel Parmesan cheese
  • 50 g Fresh salsa rosso
  • 10 g Fresh rocket
  • 250 g Basil
  • 50 g Balsamic vinegar
  • 50 g Olive oil
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 250 g Italian parsley
  • 50 g Anchovy fillets
  • 5 g Salt
  • 5 g Pepper


Sauce base; add paste, sprinkle with sundried tomatoes and cover with cheese. Starting from the crust of the pizza place3 a row of the fresh wheel tomatoes, followed by a row of roma tomatoes and a row of cherry tomatoes. Cook at 475? f for 7-10 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil and season. To garnish add a teaspoon of salsa verde on top.

Blend all the ingredients together either with a mortar and pestle or in a food processor to form a paste.
