Jalapeno, Roasted Corn and Pancetta Pizza

7oz. neapolitan dough ball
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2.5 to 3 oz. Fior di Latte, cut into strips
2 Tbsp. jalapeno, thinly sliced
3/4 oz. sliced pancetta
3 Tbsp. roasted corn kernels
1 Tbsp. olive oil

Spread minced garlic on the crust. Add your fior di latte, jalapeno, pancetta and corn. Drizzle with olive oil. Cook in a wood fired oven at 800 degrees for 60 seconds.
