4 c. Pancake mix
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 T. Salt
2 T. Basil, dried
2 T. Oregano, dried
1 c. Parsley, finely chopped
3 c. Water
1 c. TABASCO brand Garlic Pepper Sauce
36 each Chicken drumsticks
1 In a medium bowl, place pancake mix, Parmesan cheese, salt, basil, oregano and parsley. Stir to combine. Measure water and stir in TABASCO Garlic Pepper Sauce. Add liquid to pancake mix and beat 1 to 2 minutes to blend. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2 Dip chicken drumsticks in batter and deep-fry at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes until chicken is golden brown.
3 Drain and serve. One serving is 3 drumsticks.
