Italian Deli Grinder


1 Sub bun
2 slices Salami
3 slices Pepperoni
2 slices Ham
2 slices Capicola
3 slices Grande Deli Style or Provo-Nello Provolone
3 T. (1/2 oz.) Tomatoes, diced
1 T. (1/4 oz.) Red onion, chopped
2 T. (1 oz.) Oil and vinegar dressing
1 T. (1/4 oz.) Pepperoncini, chopped
1/2 c. (1/2 oz.) Lettuce, shredded

1. Slice bun in half horizontally and layer bottom half with salami, pepperoni, ham, capicola and Grande Deli Style or Provo-Nello Provolone.
2. Combine the tomatoes, pepperoncini, red onion, lettuce and vinaigrette in a bowl to create a salad mix.
3. Place salad mix on cheese and place top of bun on top of sandwich.
