Description
Ingredients:
1 14 oz. Pizza dough ball
2.5 oz Pizza sauce, prepared
1 tsp. Garlic, chopped
5 leaves Basil, chopped
3 oz. Grande Cheddar blend, shredded or diced
1 oz. Grande Parmesan*, grated
10 slices Pepperoni, julienned
*Variation: For a bolder flavor use Grande Romano instead of Parmesan
Directions:
1. Roll pizza dough into a rectangle shape about 11 x 8.
2. Brush dough with pizza sauce.
3. Top with garlic, basil, Cheddar Blend, Parmesan and pepperoni.
4. Roll dough up like a jelly roll.
5. Slice into 12 equal pieces.
6. Place pieces with spiral face up into a jumbo muffin pan.
7. Bake at 450F.
