Garlic Portabello and Asiago Pizza



  • 1- 12 parbaked Pizza Crust
  • As needed McCormick Garlic Pizza Marinade
  • As needed cornmeal
  • 3 oz. Pizza sauce
  • 1-1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 pieces Portobello mushrooms, sliced 1/8
  • 3 T. Spinach, frozen, thawed and drained
  • 3 T. bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 3 T. Asiago cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp. McCormick Cracked Black Pepper


3 T. McCormick California Style Garlic Powder. 1 T. McCormick Pepper Supreme Seasoning. 1 c. McCormick Roasted Garlic Flavored Oil.
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix thoroughly.

Yield: 16 T. 

Place pizza crust on a pizza pan. Brush bottom of the crust liberally with Garlic Pizza Marinade. Sprinkle with some cornmeal, turn over, and spread pizza sauce evenly on top. Spread mozzarella cheese evenly on top of sauce.

Place mushroom slices, spinach, bacon, Asiago, and black pepper evenly on top of cheese. Drizzle top of pizza with more marinade for extra burst of flavor.

Place pizza in a convection oven preheated to 375F. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to turn golden brown. Remove pizza from oven and cool slightly.

Cut each pizza into 8 slices for serving.
