Garden patch pizza



  • 1 (12-inch) pizza crust
  • 1 T. olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) pizza sauce
  • 1-1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. DOLE Pineapple Tidbits, drained
  • 1 c. DOLE Broccoli Florets, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 c. DOLE Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 2 T. chopped DOLE Green Onion

Brush crust with oil. Spoon sauce over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pineapple, broccoli, bell pepper and green onion.
Bake at 425 F. 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
