Frittata breakfast pizza

Description

Ingredients:

For a 6 Pizza:
  • EGG MIXTURE (Makes 4.5 c / 18.2 oz)
  • 1/2 c., 2 oz. Butter oil.
  • 8 each 1 lb Eggs, large beaten.
  • 1/2 tsp, 1 oz. Salt.
  • 2 tsp, 12 oz. Basil, dry.
  • 1 6 oz. Pizza crust.
  • 3 T., 1.5 oz Magni Foods Pork Sausage Gravy (70444).
  • 1/2 c., 1 oz. Egg Mixture.
  • 1/2 c., 1.1 oz. Premoro Cooked Sausage, Breakfast Flavor (20018).
  • 2 tsp, 0.5 oz. MagniFoods Bacon Pieces, (3334).
  • 2 tsp, 0.6 oz. Green bell pepper, diced.
  • 1 tsp, 0.3 oz. Red onion, diced.
  • 1.2 oz. Tomato, diced.
  • 1/3 cup, 1.3 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded.
  • 2 tsp, 0.5 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded.
For a 12 Pizza:
  • EGG MIXTURE(Makes 4 _ c / 18.2 oz).
  • 1/2 c., 2 oz. Butter oil.
  • 8 each, 1 lb. Eggs, large beaten.
  • 1 tsp, .1 oz. Salt.
  • 2 tsp, .12 oz. Basil, dry.
  • 1 12 oz. Pizza crust.
  • 1 c. 8 oz. MagniFoods Pork Sausage Gravy (70444).
  • 1 c., 4 oz. Egg Mixture.
  • 1 c., 4.4 oz. Premoro Cooked Sausage, Breakfast Flavor (20018).
  • 1/2 c., 2 oz. MagniFoods Bacon Pieces, (3334).
  • 1/2 c., 2.4 oz. Green bell pepper, diced.
  • 1/2 c., 1.2 oz. Red onion, diced.
  • 1 c., 4.8 oz. Tomato, diced.
  • 1 1/3 c., 5.2 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded.
  • 1/2 c., 2.0 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded.

Directions:

Heat butter oil in skillet or griddle top. Add eggs, salt, and basil; stir to scramble. Heat briefly in oven, if eggs are too wet. Chill and hold to use as needed. Place pizza crust on pizza pan and top with sausage gravy and crumbled egg mixture. Sprinkle sausage, bacon, green peppers, onion, and tomato over pizza surface.Spread cheese over pizza surface. Bake in 350F convection oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and pizza is crisp underneath.
