Fried Onion Pizza



  • 16 Pizza Crust
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (per 16-inch crust)
  • 8 oz of canned mushrooms
  • 12 oz. of provolone
  • 1 lb. of fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 4 oz. of french fried onions

– Sautee fresh mushrooms in garlic butter.
– Spread 1 can of soup over crust
– Cover with sauteed mushrooms, canned mushrooms and provolone cheese
– Cook for 8 minutes in a conveyor oven at 470 degrees or18 minutes at 450 in a conventional oven
– Sprinkle with French Fried Onions on top when its done.
