Description
Ingredients:
14 Pizza dough ball, slacked
3 oz. Pizza sauce, prepared
6 oz. Ricotta Verde (see recipe below)
8 oz. Grande Mozzarella, shredded
3 T. Grande Parmesan, grated
Ricotta Verde mixture:
2 lb. Grande Ricotta Dolce
4 oz. Grande Romano, grated
10 oz. Frozen spinach, chopped, slacked
1.5 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg, ground (optional)
Directions for Ricotta:
1. Blend Ricotta Dolce, Romano, spinach, salt, pepper and nutmeg until well combined. Keep refrigerated. Tip: Use food processor, blender or mixer to easily blend Ricotta Verde.
Serving Size
40 oz.
Directions for Pizza:
1. Place pizza dough on flat work surface and spread evenly with pizza sauce and 6 oz. Ricotta Verde.
2. Sprinkle with Grande Mozzarella and Parmesan.
3. Bake in a preheated 500F deck oven for 8-12 minutes or preheated 500F impinger oven for 6-9 minutes.
4. Remove when crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Slice & serve.
