Fiery Thai Pizza



  • 1 – 12" parbaked Pizza Crust
  • As needed – McCormick Thai Pizza Marinade
  • As needed – cornmeal
  • 3 oz. Pizza Sauce
  • 1-1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 pieces baby corn, canned, drained
  • 8 slices chicken fajita strips, precooked
  • 2 T. red onion, chopped
  • 2 T. red bell pepper, chopped
  • As needed green onion, sliced

1 c. McCormick Roasted Garlic Flavored Oil
5 T. McCormick Thai Seasoning. 4 teaspoons McCormick Cayenne Pepper.
2 T.  McCormick California Style Garlic Powder


Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix thoroughly.

Place pizza crust on a pizza pan. Brush bottom of the crust liberally with Thai Pizza Marinade. Sprinkle with some cornmeal, turn over, and spread pizza sauce evenly on top. Spread mozzarella cheese evenly on top of sauce.

Arrange chicken strips and baby corn in a circular arrangement on top of cheese. Visualize one slice each of chicken and corn per one slice serving. Top with red onion and red bell pepper. Drizzle top of pizza with more marinade for an extra burst of flavor.

Place pizza in a convection oven preheated to 375F. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to turn golden brown. Remove pizza from oven and cool slightly.

Cut each pizza into 8 slices for serving.
