Dino's Eggplant Pizza



  • 1-14 pizza shell
  • 6 oz. of 1/2 pesto and 1/2 pizza sauce
  • 1.5 c. of Mozzarella/ Provolone/
  • Romano cheeses
  • 1/3 c. of grilled onion
  • 1/4 c. of roasted garlic
  • 1/3 c. julienned Proscutto or any other type of ham or sausage
  • 1/3 c. marinated plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. seasoned breaded or floured Dominex eggplant
  • Garnish with a few pinches of fresh oregano


Spread sauce on pizza shell. Cover with toppings. After preparation, bake on solid pan for 15 minutes at 500F.
