Country-style bacon breakfast pizza



Pizza dough


vegetable oil

green bell peppers



white gravy

cheddar cheese

diced tomato


Preheat oven to 400F. Place bacon slices on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until just done. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and pour in vegetable oil. Cook bell peppers and onions until onions are transluscent. Add beaten eggs and cook until eggs are done; set aside. 

Spread white gravy on pizza crust. Place egg mixture on pizza crust. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cross slices of bacon on top of pizza. Sprinkle diced tomato on pizza. Bake the pizza for about 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pizza is cooked through.
