Classic Pepperoni Pizza


Classic pepperoni pizza takes on a new shape. A 12 x 3 pizza crust topped with a simple red sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, and thick, hearty slices of pepperoni.

  • 1 Bonici Sheeted Dough, 12 by 16 (#25360-269)
  • Light olive oil
  • 4 oz. Red pizza sauce
  • 4 oz. Pizza cheese blend (combination of 80% part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded and 20% parmesan cheese, shredded)
  • 3 oz. Bonici Original Style Pepperoni, Thick Slice (#105038-269)


  • Cover tightly and slack in cooler between 32 and 36F prior to use.
  • Cut the crust into a long rectangular shape (Approx. 12-in. by 3-in.). Brush the crust with olive oil just prior to assembling the pizza.
  • To assemble each pizza: Spread 4 ounces sauce evenly over crust. Top with 4 ounces pizza cheese blend and 3 ounces pepperoni.
  • Bake uncovered, on a lightly oiled pan dusted with cornmeal or on a mesh pizza screen, in a preheated conventional oven at 450F for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and slice into 3 portions.
