Chocolate Hazelnut Tart (R)


1/4 c. White chocolate chips 
1.5 tsp. Vegetable oil 
1 c. Nutella Hazelnut Spread 
2 tsp. TABASCO brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
2 oz. Butter, melted 
10 oz. Prepared pizza dough
2 T. Cornmeal 
1/4 c. Chocolate chips, dark 
1/4 c. Chocolate chips, semisweet 
1/4 c. Hazelnuts, toasted, skins removed,chopped
2 T. Cocoa powder


1. Pre-heat oven to 400F.
2. In a small microwavable bowl, combine white chocolate chips and vegetable
oil. Microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds
until melted. Reserve and keep warm.
3. In a small mixing bowl, combine Nutella, TABASCO Chipotle Pepper Sauce
and melted butter.
4. On a flat work surface, flatten pizza dough into a 12 circle, leaving a 1/2
raised rim around the edge. Place on a wooden pizza peel sprinkled with
cornmeal. Using a fork, poke holes all over dough.
5. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Cool for a few minutes. Spread with
Nutella mixture and top with dark and semisweet chocolate chips. Return to
oven and bake an additional 1-2 minutes, until chocolate has melted.
Remove from oven and top with hazelnuts and drizzle with melted white
chocolate. Cool for 2-3 minutes and dust with cocoa powder. Cut into slices
and serve warm.
