Chicken Pizza Parmigiana



  • 6 oz Marinara sauce
  • 6 oz 100 percent whitebreaded chicken cutlets, cut intobite-sized pieces and spreadevenly over the pizza.
  • 8 oz. low-fat part-skimmozzarella
  • Oregano, to taste
  • basil, to taste

Chicken must be partially cookedbefore putting on the pizza.Put cheese on top ofsauce and chicken.Lightly sprinkle oregano and basil ontop of the cheese before cooking.

Bake as desired.
